  • Do you offer warranty?
    At Mandia Jewellery, we are proud to offer our customers the finest jewellery designs crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we are proud to provide the following warranty policy for all of our custom jewellery items: Warranty Period: We believe in the quality of our work and stand behind it. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty*, covering any defects in material or workmanship, including lost accent diamonds up to 2.3mm. Our warranty also covers free cleaning** and inspections for a lifetime. We also offer free ring resizing within 6 months of purchase***. Exclusions: *This warranty does not cover wear and tear (including, but not limited to, ring bend, chain [under 2mm] breakage, earring post/backing loss or damage), any accidental breakage or misuse, loss or theft, or repairs/alterations made by third parties. Note that any repairs or replacements are deemed by our discretion. **Free jewellery cleaning depends on gemstone hardness. Some gems may be too soft to withstand professional cleaning and thereby will be unable to be cleaned professionally. ***Free ring resizing excludes certain designs where the band cannot be easily cut to resize, such as eternity bands, rings with diamonds all the way around, certain rings using soft gemstones, etc. We strongly recommend insuring any fine jewellery as part of your homeowner insurance or a stand-alone policy against loss, theft or damage. Warranty Claims: If you need to claim this warranty, contact us and we'll guide you through the process. Any international orders or those outside of the Golden Horseshoe, ON will be responsible for applicable shipping charges. Please describe the defect. We will then arrange for the item to undergo inspection and repairs. For any warranty that is not covered, such as accidental damage, a repair fee will be applied and we will get your approval before making any repairs. At Mandia Jewellery, we are proud to offer our customers servicing, which includes professional cleaning and inspections (gem-setting tension) on all Mandia Jewellery pieces free of charge for a lifetime. We recommend having your jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected every six months to one year.

  • What are the shipping/delivery times?
    After you place an online order and your creation is completed, shipping/delivery times are an additional 1-5+ business days after dispatching, depending on your region. Shipping times are approximate and may be subject to change. Please follow the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email to see delivery day/timeframe.
  • What is the charge for shipping?

  • Which courier is used for shipping?
    All online orders are currently shipped with FedEx or DHL. In the event of using another courier, we will notify you via email upon shipping. Every Mandia Jewellery delivery includes insurance on your piece with FedEx or DHL, free of charge to you!* *(Note that this may not apply for custom orders and/or engagement rings).
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I will have to pay?
    Canadian orders include all taxes and duties. For orders outside of Canada, please note that there may be additional taxes and/or duties that you may be responsible to cover. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these charges as they vary from region to region. Mandia Jewellery is not responsible to cover any taxes or duties and cannot reimburse for any of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
  • Do I need to sign for my order?
    Yes, all Mandia orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure your creation safely arrives to its destination. Please make note of your delivery day and time frame under the provided tracking information to ensure the shipment is signed for. Mandia is not responsible for any reimbursement if your order is not signed for and is returned to us/sender.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    You are able to update or modify your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped out. In the event of needing to change your shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing and be sure to include your order number. We will try our very best to make any adjustments for you. Note that if your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes and the parcel will deliver to the address you initially inputted.
  • What is the return and exchange policy?
    Mandia Jewellery online orders (excluding engagement rings and custom orders) may be returned within 30 days of receiving only if it has been unworn, unused, with tags still attached (if applicable). We may refuse any returns if there are any signs of wear, use, alterations from the original condition or removal of tags. Please note that we do not offer any exchanges. In addition, we do not offer any returns/refunds on custom orders/engagement rings. Otherwise, if the online order item is unworn, unused and unaltered within 30 days of receiving, please reach out to our administrative team by emailing A member of our team will be happy to assist you and provide you with a shipping return label. For instructions on returns, please see the question below "How do I begin the return process?" and follow the steps.
  • How do I begin the return process?
    1) Please reach out to our administrative team by emailing and include your order number as well as the reason for return. A member of our team will be happy to assist you and provide you with a shipping return label via email. 2) Place your jewellery in its original packaging in which you received. (If you do not have the packaging, please ship back the creation in the same size package [or smaller]. We will not accept large or oversized boxes. In the event an oversized box is used, we may deduct any additional shipping costs from the refunded amount.) 3) Print the pre-paid shipping label we have assigned to you. Ensure that your jewellery is securely fastened inside the return box. 4) Attach the return label to the outside of the box. (Note: your original shipping address will be used as the sender's address for returns). 5) Drop off the return box along with fastened return label to your nearest authorized FedEx or DHL (depending on your return label) to complete the process and ship back to us.
  • How much will the return shipping cost?
    For all Canada and USA orders, the return shipping is between $60 CAD-$110 CAD (approx. $50-80 USD) For all other international orders, the return shipping label is between $150-$275 CAD (approx. $110-$200 USD) Please reach out to us to inquire about the exact shipping cost based on your location. A member of our team will be happy to assist you! All return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refunded amount, as indicated above, depending on your shipping location. Orders outside of Canada may have been subjected to duties and/or taxes. The customer/receiver is responsible for paying these fees. We are unable to waive, deduct or refund any duties/taxes, even if you have returned the order.
  • When will my refund be processed?
    It takes up to 5-8 business days for our team to process your refund upon receiving the returned item(s). Once your refund is processed, you should receive a confirmation email informing you that the return has been approved. Refunds will reflect onto your original payment method. We are unable to honor refund amounts to any other payment method. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund amount to you.
  • What to do if the ring is the wrong size?
    We are happy to offer free* ring resizing on all Canada orders within the GTHA area in Ontario within the first 6 months of purchase. Please contact us if you are looking to have your ring resized and are located in this area. Please note that we do not offer ring resizing on any USA/international orders or those outside of the GTHA/Golden Horseshoe, ON at this time. For those not able to visit us in-person, you may also bring your ring to be resized by your local jeweler. *Exclusions apply to this offer. Please note that certain ring designs (such as eternity bands, etc.) are unable to be resized. These type of rings may need to be remade to fit. In this case, please get in touch with us for more info.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Please note that each of our creations is made-to-order and handcrafted by us in-house. Therefore, upon ordering, please allow approximately 5-10 business days for completion of your creation. Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Delivery times vary and may take approximately 1-5 business days after orders have shipped, depending on your shipping destination.
  • Where can I locate my order number?
    Your order number will be included in the subject line of the automated confirmation email our system will send to you once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you have yet to receive this email after ordering. If you are still unable to locate your order number, please feel free to reach out to us at and we would be happy to assist you further.
  • Can I update my order?
    We ask that any modifications or updates be made within 48 hours of placing an order by contacting us directly at (be sure to include your order number). Notifying us with any updates/requests after 48 hours of placing an order may not be accepted as our jewellers will already be in the process of crafting your piece(s).
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and information under the button "Track My Order". Please press this to be redirected to your order's tracking page. If you are unable to locate this or have not received a shipping confirmation email, please feel free to reach out to us directly by emailing and a member from our team would be happy to provide you with your tracking info if your order has already shipped.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you are looking to cancel an order before it has shipped, please email us directly at with your order number. Please note that we are unable to cancel your order if it has already been crafted or shipped.
  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    We are happy to accept all major credit cards for online orders including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Visa Debit, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. Mandia e-gift cards are also accepted. Note that for engagement ring main stones and any custom orders we can only accept e-transfer and cash (or bank draft/wire transfer, if applicable).
  • Which currencies are accepted?
    We accept currencies of the regions we ship to. Please see the list of our shipping countries for availability. Note that Mandia's default currency should also accurately reflect your region, alongside the original Canadian dollar pricing. However, in the event that your currency is not displayed, CAD (Canadian dollars) will be used as the common currency.
  • Am I able to add more than one discount to my order?
    Mandia is limited to accepting only one (1) discount per order. If you are having any issues claiming a promotional code, please email us.
  • Do you accept financing or payment plans?
    We are happy to offer Klarna on our orders for those looking to finance a Mandia creation*. *Note that this only applies to online orders and does not include any custom orders or engagement ring main stones.
  • Do you offer custom jewellery?
    Yes! We are proud to offer custom jewellery orders for those in the GTA and beyond. Please visit our Custom Jewellery page here.
  • What is the process of custom jewellery?
    The first step starts with an idea or inspiration. We invite you to gather some pictures or sketches of a design you are looking to create. After this, our designer will create a custom 3D style CAD rendering for you of your envisioned design. Once the rendering is approved by you, a wax model is printed to ensure everything fits and is perfect. The final step is the creation of the piece. Our goldsmith and gem setter will craft your piece and bring your creation to life!
  • What is the wait time for custom jewellery?
    The wait time for a custom piece of jewellery really depends on the complexity of the individual piece. Although our jewellers work as efficiently as possible, wait times vary. Our custom jewellery quotation will also include an approximate completion date for your order. However, the average custom jewellery completion time is usually 3-4 weeks after the custom design is confirmed.
  • How much will custom jewellery cost?
    Every custom piece of jewellery is entirely unique, and therefore prices vary. We try our best to accomodate everyone's budget. To receive a free custom jewellery quotation, please fill out our custom form here.
  • Do you repurpose old jewellery? Can I use my own gemstone?
    Absolutely! We have repurposed hundreds of pieces of jewellery to recreate something entirely unique. We are also happy to accommodate and use your own gemstone in a custom jewellery design, however some limitations may apply.
  • What materials do you use in custom jewellery orders?
    Our artisan jewellers are highly skilled and able to work with a vast array of materials. We do our own casting, so we can offer rose/white/yellow gold, and anywhere from 10k-24k. For gemstones, we are able to offer any type you are looking for, including natural and lab-grown diamonds, coloured precious and semi-precious gemstones and more.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Absolutely! We are happy to offer e-gift cards which can be purchased via our e-Gift card page, located under Shop. Please note that at this time we do not currently offer physical gift cards.
  • Are Mandia orders gift wrapped?
    Each Mandia creation is envisioned for the "unboxing" and "revealing" moment. Every order is handled with the utmost care and precisely placed inside our signature Mandia jewellery box. Every order also comes with a Mandia printed specialty gift bag (small size) as well as a custom Mandia jewellery cleaning cloth. Note that each item you order will receive our speciality box, gift bag and cleaning cloth per order, even if multiple items apply to one individual order. (Example: one order contains 2 rings and 1 necklace, you will then receive a total of 3 Mandia jewellery gift boxes, 3 Mandia gift bags and 3 Mandia cleaning cloths in one shipping package). (Additional shipping charges may apply for orders with more than 3 pieces total).
  • How can I apply my gift card to my order?
    After purchasing an e-gift card, please enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.
  • I am unsure of the size to purchase.
    If you are unsure of the ring size or chain length to choose, please visit our Sizing guide found here. If you are looking to gift a Mandia creation and you want to be discreet, please use the following tips: If they already own/wear a ring, measure the internal diameter. Then have a look at our sizing chart here and follow the steps to ensure you choose the best size. If they already own a necklace, measure the chain in inches to ensure it will fit nicely.
  • Do you offer engraving?
    At this time we only offer engraving on Mandia Custom orders. To inquire about a custom order, please click here.
  • How do I care for my Mandia piece?
    Each Mandia piece is crafted with pure gold. To help keep their patina, lightly scrub with an extra soft-bristled toothbrush under warm water every so often, as needed. Be sure to rinse away excess residue after gently scrubbing. You can also use a gentle hand soap and warm water on the pieces. We suggest plugging a drain or doing this in a water-filled bowl to avoid any accidents. Earrings can be disinfected by dipping a cotton ball or cotton swab into a capful of rubbing alcohol and then applied to the front and back of the earlobes and the earring pin. We suggest doing this each time you wear your earrings for maximum hygiene. Every Mandia creation comes with our customized cleaning cloth, and as such we recommend using it to buff your jewellery before each wear, especially rings. If you're in the GTA (Canada) can also have your creation professionally cleaned and inspected every 6-12 months by us!
  • Jewellery Care Guide
    Fine jewellery is delicate and requires proper care to avoid damage. This means avoiding impact, pressure, chemicals, & extreme temperatures. Even gold, precious gemstones, and diamonds can be damaged by improper care. When putting on or taking off your ring, always grasp the band instead of the setting. If your ring feels tight, use soap and water to help it slide on/off. Use caution with necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. It's important to remove your ring and/or jewellery during certain activities or situations, such as exercise, sports, walking a dog, washing dishes, gardening, cleaning, moving furniture, working, sleeping, bathing, swimming, hot tubs, art/craft projects, and any activity that could result in an impact to your jewellery, extreme temperatures or pressure, or exposure to chemicals or creams and lotions. Pavé and small accent diamond settings require extra care, as the delicate prongs holding each diamond can be damaged easily. All fine jewellery requires diligent care, as do gemstones, which can be scratched and damaged easily. Always be cautious with your jewellery to avoid any accidents. For regular cleaning, you can use mild dish soap (free from dyes/chemicals) and warm water. Place your jewellery in the solution for 10-15 minutes, gently brush with an extra soft-bristle toothbrush, rinse in warm water, and repeat if necessary. This can be done as often as needed. Please inquire about the appropriate cleaning method as some gemstones are more delicate than others. Be sure to bring your jewellery to us once or twice a year for inspections and professional cleaning (if applicable). Please contact us for any questions, concerns or further details.
  • Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
    Yes, they are! All of Mandia Jewellery's natural diamonds and gemstones are acquired from local suppliers in Toronto, ON, Canada who follow the Canadian Export and Import of Rough Diamonds Act and adhere to The Kimberley Process, ensuring every gemstone utilized in a Mandia creation is conflict-free.   • Is Mandia's gold ethical?
    Mandia prides itself as being as sustainable and ethical as possible. Ethical gold is gold that is sourced from artisanal and small-scale mining companies, and we are happy to only utilize such in every creation we craft. All of our gold comes from the most reputable Canadian casting houses located in downtown Toronto.
  • Where is Mandia's jewellery made?
    Each Mandia piece is handcrafted by our expert, artisan jewellers in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are a Canadian company with all of our pieces made from start-to-finish in Toronto, Canada. As a Canadian company, we proudly serve countries around the world.
  • Will the gold fade/tarnish? Do you gold plate?
    No! Our pieces are never gold plated or vermeil (which is a thicker plating). Every Mandia creation is crafted in pure gold or platinum, so you can wear our jewellery day and night with peace of mind.
  • Do you have a physical location?
    Yes! Our showroom is located downtown Toronto at 55 Queen St. E #506, Toronto, ON, M5C 1R6. We operate on an appointment-only basis. We love meeting our clients in-person (or virtually via Zoom meetings) to answer all of their questions, discuss jewelry and even try-on pieces. To book an appointment, please click here.
  • How to be a social media influencer or collab?
    If you are looking to be an influencer for our brand or want to collab on a project, please feel free to email us at Keep in mind that we do not offer any ambassador programs or incentives to customers at this time and are limited to partnering with influencers.
  • Do you do jewellery repair?
    We do not offer any jewellery repairs to items that were not purchased from us.

    We are proud to say that all of our designs are entirely original, unique and each piece is handcrafted.
